1.Trivia HOW TO ENTER:
Entries must be received no later than
11:59:59 P.M., ET on 9/1/08.
Go to

follow the instructions to provide the information requested on the registration page.
After you have registered, you will receive one (1) entry into Sweepstakes.
Limit: One entry per person per day regardless of e-mail address used. All entries
become property of Tractor Supply Company ("Sponsor").
2.
RANDOM DRAWING
& ODDS OF WINNING:
On or about 9/3/08, Mercury
Promotions & Fulfillment ("Mercury"), an independent judging agency, will select
the name of the potential Grand Prize Winner ("Winner") in a random
drawing from among all eligible entries received. Mercury will attempt to
notify the potential Winner by telephone on or about 9/3/08. If after two (2) attempts,
Mercury is unable to personally contact the potential Winner by telephone, Mercury
will select an alternate potential Winner to contact. After Mercury has made personal
contact with the potential Winner, Mercury will send the potential Winner an Affidavit
of Compliance/Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release, as allowed by law,
which the potential Winner must sign, have notarized, and return to Mercury by the
date specified in the prize notification letter. Failure to return these documents
by the stated date will result in the potential Winner's forfeiture of the Grand
Prize ("Prize") in its entirety and, time allowing, the award of the Prize to an
alternate potential Winner. Mercury's decisions
shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): The Prize consists of a trip for four (4)
people to Nashville, TN; four (4) tickets to a Brooks & Dunn concert as designated
by Sponsor; roundtrip coach air transportation for four (4) from the major airport nearest
Winner's residence to Nashville, TN and the opportunity to "meet and greet"
Brooks & Dunn, subject to their availability; 4 days/ 3 nights (nights of 9/18/08,
9/19/08 and 9/20/08) hotel accommodations at a hotel designated by Sponsor (one
standard room; quadruple occupancy); four (4) days (9/18/08-9/21/08) mid-size rental car for use in Nashville, TN; four (4) tickets to Country Music Hall of Fame®, and Winner's
receipt of a One Hundred Fifty Dollar ($150) Wildhorse Saloon® Gift Card. (ARV: $3,434 depending on city of origin.) Trip may only be taken between 9/18/08-9/21/08.

The Sweepstakes is open only
to persons who are legal residents of, and living within, the 48 contiguous United
States and District of Columbia, 21 years or older, as of the date of entry except
officers, directors, and employees (and members of their household and of their
immediate families, i.e., parents, children, stepchildren, spouse, siblings and
persons residing in the same household of such immediate family members) of Sponsor, Brooks &
Dunn, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A, Inc., Music City Futurity, Country Music Hall of
Fame, Wildhorse Saloon, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries,
affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, advertising/promotion/web design
agencies including Mercury, and/or their affiliates, assigns or representatives; (herein after referred
to collectively as “Sponsor & Others”), and all other persons or entities associated
with the development, administration, promotion, execution of, or supply to this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter
or win.

INTERNET: Sponsor & Others are not responsible
for interrupted or unavailable
network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or
computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or
transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software
or
program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions,
or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage
to any person’s computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor &
Others are not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries
or incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or
by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes
or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of any entries
in this Sweepstakes. Any entrant
who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or
uses any other device or artifice to play multiple times or to interfere with the
proper play of this Sweepstakes, will be disqualified from participation
in the Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing
any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified
and may be subject to prosecution. If in the judgment of Sponsor, the Sweepstakes
is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes
beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts the administration, security, fairness
or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion
to discontinue, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Any personally identifiable
information collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will
be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor
and its agents solely for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment
of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules or as stated in Sponsor's
Privacy Policy located at

CAUTION:
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE
THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR
OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a potential
winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be deemed to have been
made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of
entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned
to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or
other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible
for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail
address.
6. GENERAL:
By participating in this
Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winner, other than
a resident of TN, by acceptance of the Prize, grants Sponsor
the right to use his/her
individual name, address, photograph, and likeness for advertising,
publicity & promotion purposes and for any other such purposes as Sponsor so
determines, in any and all media worldwide without limitation, without further compensation
or permission. Sponsor & Others are not responsible for any liability whether
directly or indirectly, including, without limitation, liability in connection with
any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether direct or indirect, whether
to property or person, including death, arising out of the acceptance, enjoyment,
use and/or misuse of any aspect of the Prize and/or participation in this Sweepstakes
whether or not related to an activity hosted by Sponsor or a third party; and they
will be held harmless against any claims of liability arising directly or indirectly
from the
Prize or portion thereof awarded. SPONSOR & Others MAKE NO WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING ANY PRODUCT
OR COMPONENT PART OF THE PRIZE EXCEPT THOSE THAT ACCOMPANY THE PRIZE.
Sponsor is not responsible for postage-due,
late, lost, counterfeited, illegible or tampered entries/mail.
The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws
of the State of
